What are your best selling products ?

We have many ranges of adored products, our top sellers are our Chocolate Lava Cake, Sticky Date and our Walnut Brownie slice. Our new line of Dessert Cups have shown to be really popular too.

How do I order products?

Do you have a minimum order?

For Sydney metro deliveries our minimum order for direct business starts at $200, for interstate and regional this is negotiated on a case by case basis. 

How far do you deliver?

We deliver Nationally with a 24 carton minimum order and currently have distributors in Sydney Metro, Central West region and South Australia. 

Do you customise or create new products?

Our team of talented and creative chefs are always working on product development including expanding our range of flourless, vegan and gluten free products. We can customise existing products or create new products for your business for the right volume.

What is the production timeframe?

We currently make products to order, but production and delivery times will depend on the size of the order and the location of the delivery. 

Does frozen taste the same as fresh?

Yes, if you defrost the products at 4 degrees they will taste as good as fresh. Do not bench defrost any frozen product as the moisture will change the taste of the product.

We operate out of a 1,000 sqm state-of-the-art facility in Alexandria, Sydney with an international team of 16 qualified patisserie chefs. Our passionate team is led by Jean-Marc, a French Patisserie Chef with over 35 years of experience, who has worked and lead teams in 2 Michelin star restaurants. 

We pride ourselves on our passion for sourcing quality ingredients, our world class manufacturing practises, and a relentless commitment to food safety (we are HACCP Certified).

This means we are well equipped to cater to any size function, be it a small café, or the larger brands we work with such as Max Brenner, Kurtosh and the Fishboys Group to name a few. As well as customize and alter our desserts to suit a range of dietary requirements be it gluten or dairy free, vegan, or catering to any food allergies.
